YNS Challenge - Sketch

G'day readers!

I hope that your week is going well so far. I'm here today with my final card as the July Guest Designer for Your Next Stamp. I've had such a fun month with these cute images this month; it's been an absolute pleasure colouring them up!

This week's challenge is a sketch:

I wanted to play with a masculine image as I had not made a man card in awhile:

Fairly clean with a smidge of a rustic outdoors feel, I hope, lol!

The Young and the Restless... lol

Hi there! 

I know, I know... don't give me heck. I've been a busy girl! I went to wedding number 1 of 2 this past weekend and some of my best girlfriends and I sure had some fun:

We were totally going for a soap opera type glamour shot!

 

Then there was the ever infamous YAY sign. In my defense, OUR table was getting more use out of them than the other wedding was! Read: they were sitting there at the sign-in table of the other wedding and I happened to borrow a few for some fun action at our wedding. I had so much YAY, until the wedding planner was escorted to our table and asked for them to be returned. I wish I was present at the table to see her reaction. Never knew a wedding planner could also be a party pooper! 

 

 

Dessert totally deserved a YAY!

YNS July Guest - Anythings Goes Challenge!

YNS Flowers Challenge

Hiya blog readers!

As the July Guest Designer over at Your Next Stamp, I'm playing along with today's Flowers Challenge.

Isn't this fairy in a jar adorable?! Now that I've captured her, hopefully she will always grant my wishes, hehe! I used the Summer Fairy in the Seasonal Fairies set and stamped her within the Cylinder Globe. The sentiment is from the Fancy Frame set.

YNS July Release Blog Hop

Your Next Stamp Guest Designer :)

Hello there! I hope that all my Canadian friends are having a great long weekend. 

Speaking of Canadian friends, I am so happy to announce that I am the July Guest Designer for Your Next Stamp! :)  What a way to kick off July and Canada Day by designing for a Canadian stamp company! I am so delighted to be working with Karen and the rest of the Design Team. I have got quite the lot of ideas jumping around and look forward to showing you my creations. 

Here is my introduction card using the Fancy Frame die and stamp set combo:

I just adore how verstaile the sentiments are and will definitely use the set all year round. I paired the 'Thanks a bunch!' sentiment with some patterned paper to give it a nice summer feel.
