Bella, Fish and busy-ness.

I have been a super busy girl irl and not been keeping up with my blogging duties. :( I have been limiting myself from paper crafting as I need to organize my life. I am out cruising the internet for possible future careers and there have been a few places that have sparked my interest. I will let you know the details when they happen. I will be catching up with your blogs later today or tomorrow. Expect some spamming from me. ;)

This first creation is for a Bella themed ATC swap that I completed at the Stamp Shack. We each got to choose a Bella, and I had this martini paper hanging around, so I was quick to choose Cosmobella. The martini paper is actually quite dull in colour so I had to pick bright colours to go with it. Do you see the hint of glitter on her belt, flip flops, eyelashes, and in her martini? lol, I couldnt help myself - I love that Sakura glitter pen! I actually coloured her using only Prismacolor pencils! I normally add odourless mineral spirits to blend, but I wanted to test my colouring skills, and I think I didn't do too badly.

Supplies used: Cosmobella from Stamping Bella, Bazzill cs, Karen Foster pp, Versacolor inks, Sakura Gelly Roll pen, Doodlebug brad, ribbon from Kerry.

Next up is a set of 3x3 cards I made for another swap hosted by Sherri at the Stamp Shack. My first ever 3x3 cards! Oh man, these things were so tiny... I sat there for a long time playing before I came up with this design. I brushed over the embossed spots with a bit of white ink to highlight the texture a little more. Nothing to extravagant, just simple. Wish my life were more like that! lol.

Supplies used: Very Punny fish + sentiment from Stampin' Up, Bazzill cs, Spots Quickutz embossing template, ribbon frim Michael's, Versacolor inks.
